Pre-orders

Our first production run is being made now. When you send a pre-order request we reply by email to confirm the product, colour, price and expected ship date. Payment is taken only after you confirm, and you can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund.

Shipping

Orders ship from the United States with tracking.
We ship within the US and internationally. The shipping cost and delivery estimate are confirmed in your order email before payment.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are set by the destination country.

Returns

If a piece isn’t right, return it unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Email [email protected] with your order details and we’ll send return instructions.

Pieces that have been personalised or show signs of use can’t be returned unless they arrived faulty.

Faults

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault in normal use, write to us with a photo and we’ll repair or replace it.
